온,오프라인의 개인정보 보호 규제를 일원화하고, 정보주체의 권리를 보호하기 위해 개인정보처리방침의 공개는 법률이 정하는 방법에 따라 온,오프라인 모두 공개하도록 규정함
5월 19일부터 6월 28일까지 40일간의 입법예고기간을 거쳐, 개인정보 보호법 2차 개정안과 함께 9월 15일 시행될 예정인 개인정보 보호법 시행령 일부 개정안이 개정되었습니다. 동의를 받는 방법의 실질적인 기준을 명확히 하고, 온,오프라인 개인정보 보호 규정을 일원화하는 내용이 포함되었습니다. 개인정보 보호법 시행령 일부 개정안은 2023년 9월 15일에 시행될 예정입니다.
