Alphv (BlackCat) 랜섬웨어 갱단이 지난주 플로리다 북서부 사법 순회의 일부를 대상으로 공격을 가하고 판사들과 사회 보장 번호, 직원 CV 등 개인 정보를 얻기 위해 위협행위를 하였으며, 법원 시스템의 네트워크 맵과 원격 서비스 자격 증명을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 행위로 인해 플로리다 순회 법원이 사이버 공격 조사를 시작하였다.
