Apple은 올해 3개의 제로 데이 취약점이 공격에 사용될 것이라는 보고를 받아 iPhone 및 Mac 사용자를 대상으로 긴급 보안 업데이트를 16일 동안 발표했다. WebKit 브라우저 엔진과 보안 프레임 워크 버그는 악의적인 앱의 서명 검증을 우회하도록 하고, 커널 프레임 워크 버그는 권한을 확대할 수 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. Apple은 iOS 16.7 이전 버전에 대해 악용될 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위해 MacOS 12.7/13.6, iOS 16.7/17.0.1, iPados 16.7/17.0.1 및 WatchOS 9.6.3/10.0.1에서 세 가지 제로 일 버그를 수정했다.
