Some details of the DDoS attacks targeting Ukraine and Russia in recent days
360Netlab’s BotMon system tracked DDoS attacks targeting Ukraine and Russia in recent days. The attacks peaked on February 16, with a mix of NTP amplification, UDP/STD/OVH floods, and other types of malicious activity. They observed one C2 sending commands to its bots which targeted four 185.34.x.x/24 IPs belonging to UA bank oschadbank.ua.
