TXOne Networks released its annual ICS/OT Security Report, which includes insights from cyber incidents, market analysis, and an online survey. Ransomware-as-a-Service (RaaS) and malicious cyber tactics like data destruction and ransom demands were seen in the second half of 2022, with no industry spared from attack. Supply chain attacks also rose, particularly in the energy and critical manufacturing sectors. Sophisticated techniques, such as intermittent encoding, are used by malicious code to evade detection.
