미국 정부는 북한의 Kimsuky 해킹 그룹 제재
재무부의 OFAC은 북한의 전략적 목표를 지원하기 위해 Kimsuky 해킹 그룹을 제재하고 8명의 북한 요원을 제재하고, 11월 21일 DPRK에 대한 반응인 소득 창출, 자원 획득 및 WMD 프로그램의 발전을 방해하기 위해 군사 정찰 위성의 출시를 시작했다. Kimsuky가 2012년부터 활동해 외국 정보 서비스인 RGB에 종속되어 있다는 것도 밝혔다.

The Treasury OFAC sanctions the KIMSUKY Hacking Group to support North Korea’s strategic goals, sanctions eight North Korean agents, and will respond to DPRK on November 21st, and to prevent the development of income, acquisition of resources, and the development of WMD programs.The reconnaissance satellite began to launch.KIMSUKY has been active since 2012 and has been dependent on RGB, a foreign information service.
