Phishing Kits: Threat Actors Analysis Research
This research conducted by Andrea Venturi, Michele Colajanni, Giorgio Valenziano and the author focused on analysing phishing kits to extract features and classify them using supervised machine learning models. The goal ultimately was to develop a toolset to detect novel phishing kits and evaluate threat actors and their likely collaboration. A paper is available on arXiv with a proposed novel classification method for grouping phishing kits based on evasion and obfuscation functions.
