지난달 Help Center 환경 위반에 따라 Okta의 조사결과, 해커는 모든 고객 지원 시스템 사용자의 데이터를 얻었고, 연락처 정보가 포함된 추가 보고서 및 지원 사례에 액세스할 수 있었다고 밝혔다. 고객 지원 시스템 내부 파일에 대한 무단 액세스도 얻었고, 134명 고객의 쿠키 및 세션 토큰으로 HAR 파일에 액세스하여 사용자 이름과 이메일 주소가 포함된 보고서를 다운로드했다고 밝혔다.
Okta: October data breach affects all customer support system users
Last month, OKTA’s survey found that OKTA found that hackers obtained data from all customer support system users and could access additional reports and support cases including contact information.We also obtained unauthorized access to files inside the customer support system, and reported that 134 customers were accessing the HAR file with cookies and session tokens for 134 customers to download reports containing user names and email addresses.
