OpenAI: ChatGPT payment data leak caused by open-source bug
OpenAI’s ChatGPT service experienced an outage and data leak on Monday, caused by a bug in the Redis client open-source library. The exposed information included a subscriber’s name, email address, payment address, last four digits of their credit card number and expiration date for 1.2% of subscribers who were active during a nine-hour window.
