Turla has been known as a Russian -based high -end threat (APT) group since 2004, and has been reviewing the ID related to technology and threat group groups for government, military, education, research and intelligence agencies.The group has complex tools and uses satellite -based commands and control (C & C) mechanisms of threaters.
